I’m the face behind From One Moment to Another Photography.
I’m a wife, a mom of two, and a storyteller based in Westland Michigan, serving all of Michigan. If you’re looking for someone who "just takes pictures," that’s not really my vibe. I got into this because I realized, in the most intense way possible, that memories are the only thing we truly get to keep.
The "Why" Behind the Lens My start wasn't in a classroom it was in the NICU. My oldest daughter was born at just 24 weeks, weighing a tiny 2 lbs 3 oz. Those first few months were a blur of monitors and "holding our breath" moments. I started documenting everything every tiny hand, every visitor, every little win. When she came home and was readmitted with RSV just six days later, my camera became my peace. It was my way of proof-keeping her strength.
Today, that "tiny" fighter is 21 years old and taller than me! I still haven't put the camera down because I know exactly how fast "now" becomes "then."
A Little About Me (The Non-Camera Version) When I’m not chasing the golden hour or editing galleries, you can probably find me:
Caffeinated: Usually with a Biggby Coffee in my hand (it’s a lifestyle, honestly).
Binging: Probably re-watching Bridgerton for the 10th time while waiting for the next season.
Vibing: My playlist is a chaotic but perfect mix of smooth R&B and upbeat Bachata. I’m always down to dance behind the camera if the mood is right!
My Vibe: Real, Not Robot I’m not about those stiff, "chin up, shoulders back" poses. I want the loud laughs, the quiet forehead kisses, the baby kicks, and the "I do’s." Whether we’re doing a maternity session,or an engagement shoot, beautiful chaos, my goal is to make it feel like you’re just hanging out with a friend. I specialize in storytelling photography, which basically means I’m looking for the magic in the real moments.
